The Collective Salon has service providers available to meet any budget and experience you prefer. Our team consists of 4 different skill-based levels.
These stylists are newly graduated from cosmetology school and working to refine their skill. They are currently undergoing training at The Collective and need clients to help them develop and grow their practice! All services are checked by a mentor team member so you feel confident you are in great hands. You can expect a lower price tag and you'll want to budget some extra time, as you'll be in the salon a bit longer than you would be with a more experienced team member.
These service providers create an amazing experience for you at a price tag that fits any budget. Level 1's are in their first two years of their career with The Collective and have completed our intensive salon training program. You can expect a fair price and a great service.
These service providers have been with The Collective for 2.5 years or more and have worked hard to become excellent at what they do. This level provides you with mid-level luxury: the comfort of working with a skillful service provider who exemplifies The Collective Salon customer service standard.
These service providers have been with The Collective for 5 years or more and are experts at their craft. Completing many hours of education and over % years of hands on time with clients, each of our Level 3's has identified an individual area of passion and expertise in the hair industry. These service providers excel across the board and strive to make your experience memorable.
These service providers have spent countless years in the beauty industry and are truly the backbone of The Collective Salon. Level 4 stylists have a personal hand in training our new talent and maintaining the standard of service that you know and love!

Appointments needing to be rescheduled or cancelled after a 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled services. This credit will remain active on your account for the following two weeks and may be applied towards the service if rescheduled within that time frame.
Appointments that have been no-showed will be charged 100% of the scheduled services, which will not be able to be applied to future services.
If a product does not meet appropriate standards set by the client, that product may be returned for a credit on said client's account. No refunds are given.
