To our valued clients and future team members,

I am thrilled to share a little about myself and the journey that led to MGM Collective.

I began my career as a hairstylist, fueled by a passion for creativity and connection, working at two renowned salons in the area over the years. Each was led by a uniquely accomplished stylist-owner, and their distinct approaches helped shape me as a young stylist. I also had the privilege of working side by side with incredible talent over the years, traveling out of state for continued education, and experiencing the culture of salons across the continental U.S. These experiences opened my eyes to both the beauty and challenges of our industry. I noticed a persistent division between stylists and salon owners, and it became my mission to bridge that gap. I envisioned creating a space that thrives on creativity, while ensuring the business behind the scenes is strong and supportive. This dream took shape as the MGM Collective, a place built by a stylist, for stylists-- a space where artistry thrives, careers flourish, and clients feel genuinely cared for. 

Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with amazing clients and incredible peers, which inspired me to dream even bigger.

From our humble beginnings, we've grown faster than I ever imagined. What started as a cozy salon, quickly evolved into a thriving hub of creativity and community. This growth gave us the opportunity to move into a new space, designed to serve both our team and our clients even better. With this expansion, I'm delighted to announce the opening of our spa-- a new chapter that allows us to offer a full spectrum of beauty and wellness services.

At the heart of MGM Collective is a commitment to creating an environment where stylists feel supported and empowered, and where every client experiences exceptional care. My dream is to continue growing this company, not just as a business, but as a community.
