Education Programs
Apprentice Program
The MGM Collective provides a full hands-on education apprenticeship aimed to obtain a cosmetology license. The program is 3000 hours and requires a 90-day probationary period before beginning. This allows the prospective apprentice to learn adequate skills, setting them up for success in the apprenticeship process.
Once the program begins, the apprentice will be given a master stylist as a mentor to teach them everything necessary to begin taking clientele of their own. Eventually, the apprentice will be given opportunity shifts, where they will be able to bring in their own clientele. The program is packed full of education opportunities that you would not find in a cosmetology school.
Associate Program
The MGM Collective provides a detailed associate program for recent cosmetology school graduates. Once a license is obtained, the associate will going through a expedited, 3 month program where a master stylist will work with them to fine tune any skills necessary to become a successful stylist. This program is fast-paced and geared toward making the associate more comfortable and confident behind the chair.
